2. Consultations & Treatments

Our clinical services are governed by strict medical ethics and quality standards:

• Diagnosis First: Every treatment plan is customized by our qualified doctors based on your specific medical diagnostics.
• Individual Results: Individual results from aesthetic and dermatological procedures vary depending on skin type, lifestyle, genetics, and compliance with post-care protocols.
• Transparent Pricing: All treatment costs are provided in writing during your first consultation. Written estimates are valid for 30 days.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

To help us keep our schedule run smoothly and avoid double-booking, we request your cooperation:

• Appointments can be booked online, via WhatsApp (+91 9355269997), or phone.
• If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
• Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time to settle in and complete check-in.

4. Patient Responsibilities & Medical Disclosure

Safety is our highest priority, which requires accurate transparency from your end:

• You must disclose complete and accurate medical history details, allergies, underlying skin conditions, medications, and pregnancy status before starting any treatment.
• You agree to strictly follow the pre-care and post-care recovery guidelines provided by our clinical team. Keynu is not responsible for side effects resulting from failure to adhere to prescribed post-care instructions.

5. Photography Consent

We document baseline (before) and follow-up (after) photos of treatments for your medical file. We will never publish or share these photos publicly or for marketing purposes without your explicit, signed consent.

6. Intellectual Property

All contents of this website—including text, graphics, logos, images, layout, and design systems—are the exclusive intellectual property of Keynu Clinic and are protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keynu Clinic, its founders, and practitioners shall not be liable for any unexpected side effects or medical outcomes if all standard, ethical, and professional clinical procedures were correctly observed.

8. Governing Law

Any claim relating to Keynu Clinic's website or clinical services shall be governed by the laws of India, and any legal disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
